Service Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise specified in quote, our window cleaning service will remove only water soluble debris from glass. Our window cleaning service will NOT remove: paint, silicone, stickers, rust, or hard water mineral stains. Windows that have damaged seals will often retain an obvious foggy appearance, even after cleaning both sides of the glass. This requires replacement of the glass, and can not be fixed with our window cleaning procedure. Wagtail Window Cleaning will accept no liability for pre-existing damage. This includes scratches and cracks. All payments are to be made prior to technicians leaving, once job is complete unless other arrangements have been agreed upon prior to services being started.
We do not offer repairs for gutters or downspouts. We do not clean the insides of downspouts. If your home has gutter guards installed, we will not be able to remove them to clean underneath, but we can clean the debris on top of the gutter guards.
By signing your quote, you give us your permission to perform the work quoted on your property, and (if provided) to charge your card on file for the amount quoted once the job is complete.
Job Cancellation Policy
Appointment cancelation requires at least 1 business day of notice, and is not subject to a cancelation fee. However any appointments that are canceled once technicians arrive onsite, are subject to a minimum service visit fee of $175. Any appointments quoted over $1,000 that are canceled once technicians arrive onsite, are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
